Two weeks into the 2016-17 wrestling season and the Generals Wrestling team has been working hard in preparation for the beginning of the competition season. After two weeks of working on technique and drilling hard, the Generals Wrestling team held its first completely live practice. In order to simulate competition, weigh-ins were held and the guys had 1 hour to prepare for their matches, with match-ups selected by the coaching staff. It was a great workout!
Welcome back champ! W&L Wrestling alum Ron Tassoni ’16, the all time wrestling career wins leader, returns to Lexington and laces up the shoes one more time!
