Action begins at 11:00 AM on Friday March 9 with the preliminary rounds. Session 2, consisting of the quarterfinals (and first consolation round), begins at 6:00 PM on Friday. Follow Zach’s journey here, as well as on social media  (@generalswrestle for Twitter and Instagram). It is Zach’s second consecutive trip to the NCAA tournament. Last year, Zach was joined by first year Joe Scott in La Crosse, WI and won 2 matches, falling just short of All-American honors. Zach’s first round opponent this weekend is a familiar foe, Centennial Conference rival Stevens Institute of Technology’s Brett Kaliner. Although Zach lost to Kaliner in tight matches in a dual meet and in the Centennial Conference finals, he will look to get his revenge on the biggest stage, the NCAA Tournament!
