Nathan Shearer has guided the Generals wrestling team to improvement within the Conference and Region every season since 2016.

Nathan Shearer is entering his 10th season as the head wrestling coach at Washington and Lee University. Although this season promises to be a unique experience, the Generals have a strong team that is looking to improve on the results of even last year’s excellent season. Last season the Generals won the Centennial Conference for the first time in school history, took a team best 2nd in the NCAA region, and won a school record 16 dual meets.
